Arik Hasson
A Pr. mechanical engineer, working in the field of insurance since 1978. Arik worked for approximately 35 years as a senior underwriter and as a manager of special risks and engineering insurance departments in “Hasne” and “Clal Insurance” insurance companies.
By virtue of his role in “Clal Insurance”, Arik was an exclusive representor of the large American insurance company Hartford Steam Boiler (HSB) (a subsidiary company of AIG today) in Israel and handled reinsurance for major losses with the company.
In addition, Arik exclusively worked with brokers abroad and consultants in Israel in order to provide insurance solutions to environmental risks and preparing tailor made policies for those risks according to the unique needs of the insured and their profession.
Arik works in our office since 2009 and deals mainly with surveying risks in the fields of fire-extended property insurance and engineering insurance risks of all kinds, including machinery breakdown, loss of revenue, damaged goods, electronic equipment, construction and erection insurance for large scale projects. In light of his experience of many years, Arik is also a consultant in our office for issues of insurance coverage and terms and conditions of policies.
Arnon Tossman
A mechanical engineer- a graduate of the Technicon in Haifa, works as an adjustor and a surveyor from the sixties and deals with handling losses and performing surveys of all kinds. Arnon mainly deals with large scale/complex property losses, consequential losses/loss of earnings in all fields, losses related to engineering – mechanical/ electronic equipment failures, losses of contract works etc. Arnon performs survey of all kinds, especially engineering surveys, surveys for business and industry, loss of revenue surveys as a result of damages to property or contract works- all performed in Israel and abroad . Arnon is one of the establishers of the marine adjusting association in Israel and the association of the academic property adjustors.
Arnon is the president of the company from 2015.
Tova Gvili
Has a degree in behavioral studies and certified in the field of organizational counseling and development. Tova works in our office since 2009 performing quality control of expert opinions of adjustors and manages all everyday activities of the office in all fields. Tova graduated adjusting studies of property and elementary insurance in the insurance college and has lots of experience as a manager of adjusting firms. Tova provides direction, guidance and accompaniment of adjustors through their handling of various losses.
Tova is a Deputy Director General since the year 2015.
Ron Tossman
Works as an adjustor and a surveyor from the year 2005 handling losses and preforming surveys of all kinds. Ron mainly deals with losses related to engineering – mechanical/electronic equipment breakdown, losses of contract works etc. extensive/complicated losses to property, consequential losses/losses of earnings and liability losses. Performs surveys of all kinds, especially engineering surveys, surveys for businesses and industry, surveys of loss of revenue as a result of damages to property or contract works. Ron graduated several courses in different reinsurance companies in Europe which deal with property losses and surveying.
Ron is a joint CEO in the firm since 2015.
Shmuel Tossman
A mechanical engineer, certified in business management and works as an adjustor and a surveyor from the year 1995 handling losses and performs surveys of all kinds. Mainly handles losses related to engineerial issues- mechanical/electronic equipment breakdown, contract works losses etc., large scale/complex property losses, consequential losses/ losses of revenue and also liability losses. Performs surveys of all kinds especially, engineering surveys, surveys for businesses and industry, surveys of losses of revenue as a result of property losses/contract works. Shmuel is qualified for handling technical losses on behalf of Crawford GTS- the largest loss adjusting firm in the world- which are related to contract works, energy and power, technology, engineering losses and property losses. In addition, Shmuel is a graduate of property and elementary insurance adjusting studies in the Insurance College, and is also a graduate of several courses of reinsurance companies on Europe on the subject of handling property losses and performing surveys.
Shmuel is a Joint CEO of the company from the year 2015.
Tom Psavko
An industrial engineer working as an adjustor and a surveyor in our office since 2013 handling losses and performs surveys of all kinds. Mainly handles losses related to fire hazards and mechanical/electronic breakdowns, contract works losses etc. and also liability losses. Performs engineering surveys of all kinds, surveys for various industries, contract works, construction of industrial facilities and production lines, and environmental documentation surveys.
Ram Malachi
Agricultural, water and soil Pr. engineer, working as an adjustor and a surveyor since 1987 and deals with handling losses and conducting surveys of all kinds. Ram mainly deals with losses related to engineering – mechanical/electronic equipment failures, losses of contract works etc. extensive/complicated losses to property, elementary losses, consequential losses/losses of revenue and also liability damages. Ram performs surveys of all kinds, especially engineering surveys, surveys for business and industry, loss of revenue surveys as a result of damages to property or contract works, protection measures surveys and various financial evaluations, especially for factories, large businesses etc.
Shahar Amir
A mechanical engineer working as an adjustor and a surveyor from the year 2010 dealing with losses and conducting surveys of all kinds. Shahar mainly deals with losses related to engineering – mechanical/electronic equipment failures, losses of contract works etc. extensive/complicated losses to property, elementary losses, consequential losses/loss of revenue and also liability losses. Shahar performs surveys of all kinds, especially engineering surveys, surveys for business and factories, loss of revenue surveys as a result of damages to property/contract works and, also, environmental documentation surveys. Shahar graduated several courses in European reinsurance companies in the fields of adjusting and surveying.
Yuval Avraham
B.A in business management and property and agricultural adjusting studies graduate. Yuval works as an adjustor and a surveyor since 2011 and deals with losses and conducting surveys of all kinds. Yuval mainly deals with issues of fire hazards, including fire losses, flooding and fluids, storm and tempest losses etc. Conducts protection measures surveys and surveys for businesses.
Tal Weinberg
A graduate of property and agricultural adjusting studies and a contents assessment course who works as a surveyor and an adjustor from the year 2013 dealing with losses and preforming elementary surveys. Mainly deals with losses related to fire hazards and elementary fields. Tal preforms surveys for businesses and also various property surveys.
Sharon Poizner
A LL.M graduate from Bar Illan University, a member of the bureau since 2013. A graduate of a continuing education program in insurance and medical malpractice and also management of damage cases on the behalf of the Israel Bar Association. Sharon specialized and worked as a lawyer in a leading office that deals with damages, insurance and civil litigation. Has a background in the field of marketing.
Works in our office since the year 2016 and deals with management of third party files and liability claims.
